Service provider
The service is provided by Lorn eSport, a registered association in France (RNA number W622010545), with its registered office at 5 rue du Milieu, 62260 Auchel, France.

Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the website’s informational pages and free features, as well as use of the Lorn eSport Discord bot. By using these services, you agree to follow these terms, the rules of the relevant Discord server, and Discord’s Terms of Service.
Using the bot and your account
- Use commands and features for their intended purpose and in accordance with the server rules and applicable law.
- Do not use the bot to harass or threaten others, distribute unlawful content, disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- You are responsible for the information you submit and for the use of your Discord and Lorn eSport accounts.
- Linking your Discord and Lorn eSport accounts is optional. It may be used to synchronize the member role once an active membership is confirmed. Public thank-you messages require separate consent in your website profile.
Moderation and suspension
Server administrators may review reports, remove messages, and apply moderation measures under the server rules. Access to the bot or certain features may be suspended in case of misuse, risk to the service, or breach of these terms. These measures do not replace any remedies available under applicable law or Discord’s rules.
Availability and third-party services
The website and bot may change, be temporarily unavailable, or depend on third-party services, including Discord. Lorn eSport does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on a third party may be limited or become unavailable. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Purchases and paid memberships are excluded
This page is not a set of Terms and Conditions of Sale. It does not define prices, delivery, warranties, withdrawal rights, refunds, or the contractual terms of paid memberships. Before placing an order or starting a paid membership, consult the terms presented in the relevant checkout or membership process. Separate sales terms for the shop remain to be published.
